当地时间11日，美国白宫国家安全委员会战略沟通协调员约翰·柯比在记者会上表示，当前美国政府通过“总统提用权”对乌克兰提供军事支持的资金已经用尽，美国对乌军事支持已经暂停。柯比表示，希望美国国会能尽快处理白宫方面的额外拨款请求，从而能为支持乌克兰提供更多资金。
