观点网讯：1月10日，绿城房地产集团有限公司发布关于“21绿城01”公司债券2024年回售实施结果公告。
据了解，上述债券于2023年12月4日至2023年12月6日进行回售登记，登记数量为250万手，回售价格为面值100元人民币，回售金额为25亿元，回售资金拟于2024年1月15日兑付。
发行人决定对本次回售债券不进行转售。经发行人最终确认，本期债券注销金额为25亿元。
