1月5日，《甲辰年》特种邮票正式上市发售。在淄博市邮政公司集邮营业厅，集邮爱好者排起长队，购买龙年生肖邮票，希望第一时间把“龙票”和好运收入囊中。当天发行的《甲辰年》特种邮票是第四轮生肖龙票，1套2枚，图案分别为：天龙行健、辰龙献瑞，全套邮票面值为2.40元。
