根据外媒playground.ru对R星泄露的源代码的研究，其中出现了有关“美洲计划”的几行代码，“美洲计划”是《GTA6》的开发代号，在这些代码中出现了“Erection”、“DoggyStyle”、“hum hum oh yeah oh yeah”等字样，这可能表明《GTA6》的男女主角之间将发生“涩涩关系”。
在《GTA6》发布之后，很多人担心R星会改变该系列的审查机制，但现在看起来这种情况可能不会发生，《GTA6》会为成年玩家提供相当丰富的成人内容。
