利源股份12月26日公告，为在汽车材料及零部件领域加快业务拓展，寻求合作发展，抓住未来市场机遇，培育新的业务增长点，公司与许明哲、沧州精致汽车签订《投资协议》，共同投资设立一家新公司（利源博睿），合资公司的注册资本为5000万元。
公司本次设立控股子公司的目的主要是为在汽车零部件领域做前期布局，抓住未来市场机遇，培育新的业务增长点。
