长安热力公司官微12月22日发布情况说明：12月2日，公司工作人员在管网巡检过程中发现潭峪河段热力管道出现冒气现象，遂即组织安排对该段热力管道进行全面排查。经排查，于12月5日确认冒气点位因地埋热力管网温度较高，引发地表水温升高产生热气，并非管道泄漏。
