财联社12月18日电，中国铝业公告，拟与控股股东中铝集团及其附属公司中国铜业、中铝资本共同出资人民币20亿元设立中铝（雄安）矿业有限责任公司，其中，公司以现金及资产出资人民币6亿元，持有合资公司30%的股权。
