12月12日，美团外卖宣布启动冬季骑手招募，计划投入1亿元，开放30万骑手岗位。据悉，此次冬季骑手招募资金将主要用于应对北京、上海等城市，以及东北、华北等运力紧张区域的招新激励，其中包括升级“伯乐奖”等举措，骑手推荐新人最多可获过万元奖励。
