仪化三小门前这条路每逢学生上学放学时都被非机动车还有机动车在这条路上来回穿行变得更加拥堵，甚至寸步难行，希望能在这路上设置限行时间段，以缓解这条路拥堵，也希望这两个时间段能有民警过来疏导一下，谢谢！
