12月5日，恒星科技公告，近日获悉，公司董事长谢晓博、副董事长兼总经理谢晓龙收到中国证券监督管理委员会出具的《立案告知书》。因谢晓博、谢晓龙涉嫌短线交易“恒星科技”股票，根据《中华人民共和国证券法》《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》等法律法规，中国证监会决定对其立案。
