北交所12月1日发布关于启动公司债券发行承销业务的通知：自2023年12月1日起，北京证券交易所正式启动公司债券（含企业债券）发行备案、簿记建档等发行承销业务。承销机构应当通过本所业务办理系统（https://ubs.bse.cn）为拟在本所上市的公司债券办理发行备案、登记上市等业务。
