自2022年4月，保亭黎族苗族自治县在全省率先推出“随手拍+电子警察”治理模式，进一步扩大了辖区交通管理覆盖面，增强市民群众出行的安全意识，安全头盔佩戴率由治理前71.2%上升到95%以上，平均排名全省第一。
