北京商报讯（记者 赵博宇）11月29日，美吉姆发布公告称，近日，公司通过电话、微信等方式，均无法与董事长马红英取得联系。经与马红英家人沟通，截至目前，公司尚不确定无法与马红英取得联系的具体原因。
据悉，马红英除担任美吉姆董事长、董事会战略委员会主任委员职务外，未担任公司其他职务。截至本公告披露日，马红英未持有美吉姆公司股份。
