智通财经APP获悉，激进投资机构Elliott Investment Management斥资逾20亿美元买入冠城国际(CCI.US)的股份，预计推动这家无线基础设施运营商进行变革。
据报道，Elliott计划在积累股份后与冠城国际接触，试图推高其股价。如果Elliott决定明年提名冠城国际董事会成员，提名窗口期为1月18日至2月17日。
冠城国际的市值约为450亿美元。
在Elliott入股的消息传出之前，这家著名的激进对冲基金于2020年7月首次披露了其在冠城国际的股份，当时称其已积累了10亿美元的头寸。
