如图所示，宋代词人的寿龄一览表。18位知名词人之中，仅3人在60岁以下，其他15人都上了60岁，还有4超过70岁。陆游和张先更是活到了85岁以上。不得不说诗词歌赋真的能陶冶情操，年年益寿。
