格隆汇11月24日丨百联股份(600827.SH)公布，公司于2023年11月24日召开的第九届董事会第二十八次会议审议通过了《关于向上海百联购物中心有限公司增资的议案》，根据公司战略发展目标及业务需要，拟将下属全资子公司上海百联购物中心有限公司(以下简称“百购”)作为公司二级平台投资公司，故拟对百购增资20亿元。
