当教师的很多人不知道自己的工龄和教龄是多少。今天告诉你。计算公式是:"工龄两头算，教龄减一年"。如1990年7月参加工作，算到2023年，那么工龄是2023-1990+1=34年，教龄是34-1=33年。假如在工作期间又脱产学习了两年时间。那么工龄仍然是34年，教龄就是34-2=32年。我说的对吗？欢迎发表您的看法。欢迎补充订正。
