商务部网站消息，11月14日，商务部部长王文涛在美国旧金山会见日本经济产业大臣西村康稔。双方同意建立中日出口管制对话机制、中日优化营商环境工作组，以促进两国贸易投资合作。中方就日方半导体制造设备出口管制、维护产业链供应链稳定、中国加入CPTPP及支持新成员加入RCEP等与日方交换意见。
