中国网财经10月20日讯(记者 张增艳)鑫科材料日前公告称，公司董事会近日收到财务总监胡基荣的辞职报告。因工作调整，胡基荣申请辞去公司财务总监职务。与此同时，聘任席丽娟为财务总监，胡基荣为副总经理，任期自此次董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满。
