香港交易所9月27日宣布委任郑趣趣为集团首席人力资源总监。郑趣趣将于2023年10月3日加入香港交易所，接替即将于2024年1月离任另谋发展的刘玉瑶。郑趣趣将会负责集团在香港、中国内地及海外办事处的人力资源职能，她将向香港交易所联席营运总监陈翊庭汇报，并成为管理委员会的成员。
