21日，济南市自然资源和规划局网站发布盛福片区X-3地块幼儿园建设用地规划许可批前公示。
该项目建设位置位于济南市历下区炎黄路以东，轻风路以北；用地性质为幼托用地、规模约1.04公顷（以实测为准）。
