北京商报讯（记者 刘宇阳 郝彦）8月25日，浙江证监局发布公告表示，发现财通证券发布证券研究报告业务存在业务管理制度不健全及执行不到位、内部控制有效性不足、服务客户活动管控不严、人员管理不到位等问题，违反多项规定。
综上，浙江证监局决定对财通证券采取责令改正的监督管理措施。
