天眼查App显示，近日，醉君诚（北京）酒业有限公司因违法销售酒、中药，被北京市东城区市场监督管理局罚款300.5万元，没收违法所得3.3万元。
处罚详情显示，经查，当事人从个人手中收购被举报产品“华台酒”2瓶、“灵芝酒”1瓶、“北京同仁堂虎骨酒”1瓶和“安宫牛黄丸”1盒，于2022年3月、4月售出，销售金额为3.3万元。
