观点新媒体从中获悉，2023年7月份，弘阳地产及附属公司、联营公司的合约销售金额为人民币20.11亿元；销售面积为151,480平方米；平均销售价格为每平方米人民币13273元。
2023年1月–7月，该集团实现累计合约销售金额为人民币150.36亿元，同比减少33%；累计销售面积为1,077,522平方米；平均销售价格为每平方米人民币13954元。
