天桥区原政务中心地块征收范围东至济泺路，西至工商河，南至工商河，北至堤口路。自8月1日至2024年7月31日实施冻结。
冻结之日起，任何单位和个人不得在征收范围内新建、扩建、改建、翻建房屋及附属物，改变房屋和土地用途。
