7月18日，远洋集团（03377.HK）发布公告，因公司拟与“18远洋01”债券持有人协商兑付调整事项，但兑付调整方案尚存在不确定性，为维护债券持有人利益，根据《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》、《上海证券交易所公司债券上市规则》的相关规定，经向上海证券交易所申请，本公司发行的18远洋01公司债券自2023年7月18日开市起停牌。
