观点网讯：7月4日，厦门市规划局发布截至2023年6月30日存量住宅用地情况公示。
据观点新媒体了解，厦门市存量住宅用地项目总数181个，其中，海沧区26个，湖里区40个，集美区30个，思明区17个，同安区38个，翔安区30个。未动工项目34个，已动工未竣工项目147个。
存量住宅用地总面积631.13公顷，已交易未动工土地面积110.29公顷，已动工未竣工土地面积520.84公顷，未销售房屋地块用地面积167.85公顷。
