中国人均用电量上来了，但生活用电量还差很多！因为工业制造需要很多电力，所以我们的人均用电量还算可以，与德国法国都相差不大，但生活用电就差的太多了，只有德法的三分之一到二分之一！按道理，无论城市还是农村，家电全部普及了，欧美凭什么比我们多这么多呢？
