新京报讯 （记者张建）6月19日，中国奥园集团股份有限公司（简称“中国奥园”）发布公告称，该公司将于2023年6月30日举行董事会会议，考虑及批准集团截至2021年12月31日止财政年度的业绩及其发布、集团截至2022年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩及其发布、集团截至2022年12月31日止财政年度的业绩及其发布，以及考虑派发股息（如有）。
根据公告，中国奥园股份已从2022年4月1日上午9时起在联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知。
