台湾《经济日报》6月15日消息，和硕今日举行股东会，有媒体询问华硕组织整并、人力精简一事。对此，和硕董事长童子贤不予回应，但他强调，“和硕不会轻易思考裁员这两个字，要很慎重，除非企业营运出现伤筋动骨，有性命安危考察，不然，企业不要轻易动用裁员。”
