1-4月份，淮安市通过工程建设项目审批管理系统审批工程建设项目数2061个，同比增长72.3%。其中，制造业项目721个，房地产项目529个，服务业项目381个，农、林、牧、渔业项目110个，运输业项目28个，其他类项目292个。
办理审批服务事项数5385件，同比增长109.9%。其中，立项用地规划许可阶段2124件，工程建设许可阶段819件，施工许可阶段1311件，竣工验收阶段1131件。
