据市场监管总局消息，市场监管总局依法对远大医药（中国）有限公司与武汉汇海医药有限公司达成并实施垄断协议、滥用市场支配地位案作出行政处罚，责令远大医药和武汉汇海停止违法行为，没收远大医药违法所得1.49亿元，并处罚款1.36亿元；没收武汉汇海违法所得3092.48万元，并处罚款412.68万元。
