5月20日，万达集团官网发布声明称，网传万达大规模裁员消息不实。
此前，有消息称“万达大规模裁员”“被曝出大规模裁员的消息”“进行大规模裁员，涉及比例达30%以上”。
对此，万达集团回应称，万达的确在优化，涉及个别部门的压缩，但是没有大规模裁员，有些部门人员还在增加。大规模裁员属于不实消息。
