5月17日，上海交通委指挥中心发布2023年五一假期交通运行专报，专报显示，五一假期全市轨道交通日均客流838万人次，同比2021年增长6.1%，较2019年下降5.4%。来沪旅游客流激增，显著带动了热门旅游景点相关轨交站点客流的增长，人民广场、陆家嘴、豫园、静安寺等站客流已超过2019年五一水平。
