据央视新闻，当地时间5月7日下午，塞尔维亚教育部长鲁日奇在社交媒体账户上公布了一封致塞尔维亚总理布尔纳比奇的辞职信。
鲁日奇表示，在为期3天的全国哀悼结束后，他将辞去教育部长的职务。他再次向贝尔格莱德小学枪击事件遇难者表示最深切的哀悼。
鲁日奇自2020年10月起担任塞尔维亚教育部长一职。
