4月16日，在奇瑞iCAR 品牌之夜上，宁德时代宣布钠离子电池将首发落地奇瑞车型。奇瑞和宁德时代还联合发布了电池品牌——ENER-Q，双方致力打造覆盖纯电、插混、增程全动力类型，适配C端和B端全应用场景，涵盖钠电池、M3P、磷酸铁锂及三元锂等全材料体系电池系统。
