3月28日，天津滨海新区101个老旧小区改造项目全面开工。“十四五”期间，天津滨海新区计划完成345个老旧小区改造任务，涉及房屋6649栋，25万户百姓将受益。目前已完成首批139个老旧小区改造任务，2023年101个老旧小区改造任务完成后，将惠及18.8万户百姓。
