3月27日，彭博援引物业管理公司仲量联行在一份声明中表示，香港东涌世茂喜来登酒店&东涌世茂福朋喜来登酒店开始挂牌出售。仲量联行被指定为该酒店的销售代理。
据世茂集团官网，香港东涌世茂喜来登酒店共有218间客房及套房。香港东涌世茂福朋喜来登酒店，连同喜来登酒店，酒店共设有1219间客房。
