据悉，本次债务融资工具注册金额为人民币30亿元，本期发行金额为5亿元，期限为270天，用于偿还发行人有息负债。
另悉，本期债务融资工具发行日/簿记建档日为2023年3月21日-2023年3月22日，起息日/缴款日/债权债务登记日为2023年3月23日，上市流通日为2023年3月24日。
