北京商报讯（记者 陈婷婷 李秀梅）3月17日，中国再保险（集团）股份有限公司（以下简称"中国再保险"）发布公告称，公司收到银保监会批复，核准庄乾志担任公司总裁的任职资格。中国再保险表示，庄乾志自3月17日起正式履职，任期至第四届董事会任期届满为止。
