联合国委员会称，没有发现俄罗斯在对乌克兰的战争中实施种族灭绝的证据。
按照乌克兰的说法，俄罗斯劫掠乌克兰儿童并且让他们认同俄罗斯，让俄罗斯收养他们，按联合国章程，应属于种族灭绝，而联合国的调查委员会认为是战争罪。
