1月14日，金华市生态环境局作出金永环罚字〔2022〕111号处罚决定书。浙江省人民政府官网载明：浙江万安铝业有限公司因违反环境影响评价制度、违反建设项目“三同时”及验收制度，依据《建设项目环境保护管理条例》第二十三条第一款“违反本条例规定，被处罚款20万元。
