近日来，随着年报密集披露，监管层也在紧盯“高送转”概念炒作，年内已有5家公司因此收到交易所关注函。3月13日，岱勒新材、泽宇智能和世纪天鸿三家公司同日收到交易所下发的关注函，原因均为公司此前发布的“高送转”预案。
