博实股份3月6日公告，近日，公司收到与申华化学签订的商务合同，合同金额为9798万元。合同标的为丁苯橡胶后处理生产线（含嵌入式软件）。上述合同不含税金额为8670.8万元，占公司2021年度营业收入的4.1%，预计对公司2024年度或2025年度业绩有积极影响。
