据韩联社，行业消息人士3月6日表示，谷歌和Meta已就韩国数据保护监管机构对他们进行罚款的裁决提起诉讼。
2022年9月，韩国个人信息保护委员会（PIPC）对谷歌和Meta合计处以1000亿韩元（约7700万美元）的罚款，原因是这两家公司未经用户同意收集个人信息并将其用于个性化在线广告和其他目的。
