2月20日，朗廷酒店投资发布2022年年度业绩。
报告期内，酒店组合业务实现收入9.706亿港元，同比增28.9%，其中包括24.0百万港元政府补贴。
朗廷酒店在报告中指出，尽管餐饮收入较低，但由于客房收入较高，该组合于2022年的经营利润保持良好，录得扣除全球市场推广费前的合计经营毛利212.7百万港元，即增长5.8倍。
