2月11日，上海，男子午后饮酒找代驾，不料遇代驾碰瓷索赔。该男子被送到住处后，代驾以倒不进去车为由，该男子便自行倒车。代驾见状故意将电动车往小车边一扔，索要误工费和工伤费共1万元。该男子觉得自己饮酒心虚，便转账了4000元。协商未果后报警，民警取证后将代驾拘留7日，并退款4000元。
