近日，浙江宁波，一辆新能源汽车在高速上因电量不足无法启动，车上两人见离服务区不远，决定推车前往。高速民警到达现场时，两人已在应急车道内推行了600多米，因体力不支暂时休息。最终，交警安排拖车将车辆免费拖进附近充电站。两人被处记6分、罚款200元。
