智通财经APP讯，亦辰集团(08365)发布公告，集团预期截至2022年12月31日止3个月将取得亏损约1530万港元，2021年度同期相比则取得亏损约150万港元。
该预期亏损主要由于公司于截至2022年12月31日止3个月根据购股权计划授出购股权所产生的以股权结算股份为基础的付款开支约2300万港元所致。
