美利云2月10日公告，公司针对截至2022年12月31日合并报表范围内的各项资产进行全面梳理，基于谨慎性原则，拟对可能发生减值损失的相关资产计提信用减值准备、资产减值准备。公司2022年度需计提减值准备金额合计约为1.24亿元，其中：信用减值准备589.54万元，资产减值准备1.18亿元。
